Yes. We build in wood and cedar decking as well as composite decking, and we will walk through the trade-offs on cost, colour and upkeep during the site visit.
Do you repair or replace existing decks?
Yes. Replacement decks, renovations, repairs and extensions are a regular part of the work, along with new builds.
How long does a deck take?
Many standard deck projects can be completed in approximately two to three working days. Larger or more complex builds may take longer depending on scope, access, weather, materials and permits.
Do some projects require permits?
Permit requirements vary by project and municipality. Customers are generally responsible for obtaining any required permits, and we provide the project information needed for the application.
Who supplies the materials?
Either. Materials may be supplied by us or purchased by you, depending on what we agree in the written quote.
Is construction cleanup included?
Yes. Construction cleanup is included, and we finish with a walkthrough of the completed work.
